Stan is the President and Founder of American Central Insurance Services. He is a graduate of Eastern Illinois University. Stan specializes in Corporate Employee Benefit plans and Commercial insurance. He has over 30 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry. He served as the past president of the Springfield Association of Life Underwriters, Springfield General Agents and Managers Association and serves on several Leaders round tables for Insurance companies that American Central Insurance Services represents. Stan is also a member of the Greater Springfield Chamber of Commerce.

Matt joined American Central Insurance in 2009 after spending 11 years in the management consulting industry. Matt provides businesses in Central Illinois with customized employee benefit solutions, including employer sponsored insurance plans and voluntary benefit plans. In addition to working with local businesses, Matt also works within the farming community to provide Federal Crop Insurance and assists farmers with their risk management strategies. Matt is married with four children.

Dave joined American Central Insurance in 2001. Dave is a lifelong resident of Jacksonville, Illinois. He is licensed in Life and Health insurance and Property and Casualty insurance. He specializes in group benefits, such as, Major Medical, Disability, Life, Dental and Voluntary Insurance products.

Dennis joined American Central Insurance in 1991. He specializes in group Life and Health insurance as well as commercial Property and Casualty insurance.

Lee joined American Central Insurance in 2007, he specializes in Property and Casualty insurance for businesses of all sizes. Lee provides a variety of services to American Central Insurance's commercial clients including consultation, cost control, outstanding client service and loss prevention. Through strong ties to the business community, extensive industry experience and customer focused sales and service, Lee has established himself as a leader in the commercial insurance marketplace. Lee has specific expertise in the restaurant, retail, auto service and contracting industries.

Sherri has been in the insurance industry for 20 years, starting her career with Personal Care of Illinois. Working for a local health insurance carrier gave her an opportunity to learn several aspects of the business - sales, marketing, compliance, Medicare and individual - also, allowing her to make many contacts within the industry. In 1994, she joined American Central Insurance - focusing primarily on Employee Benefits: Life, Health, Disability, Dental, Vision and Voluntary insurance; as well as Medicare and Individual lines of coverage. Sherri is a lifelong resident of Tuscola, IL and is married with two kids.

Jeremy joined American Central Insurance Services in 2006 after gaining 3 years of sales experience with a Fortune 500 company in Chicago. He earned a bachelor's degree from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, Jeremy specializes in Group Life and Group Health insurance as well as Commercial Property and Casualty insurance. He is actively involved in the community through the Young Professionals Network, Live Healthy Springfield Campaign, Ambassadors of Hope, and the Greater Springfield Chamber of Commerce.

Tim joined American Central Insurance in 2006. He has 7 years of experience in the financial services and insurance field. Tim is licensed in Life and Health insurance and Property and Casualty insurance. He specializes in designing group benefit plans that meet the objectives and needs of employers throughout Central Illinois.

Lynn joined American Central Insurance in 1998. She is a lifelong resident of Springfield, Illinois and earned her bachelor's degree from the University of Illinois at Springfield. She is licensed in commercial Property and Casualty insurance as well as Life and Health insurance. Lynn manages the Third Party Administrative department, which provides consulting and customer support services for employers throughout  Illinois for their Flexible Spending Accounts, Health Reimbursement Arrangements, COBRA, and Health Savings Accounts. She enables American Central Insurance to administer these plans in house.

Laura has been with American Central Insurance since 2008. Laura earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Quincy University. She administers agency receipts and disbursements for the Third Party Administrative department and is responsible for balancing and reconciling flex accounts.

Amanda joined American Central Insurance in January 2012. She earned her Bachelor's degree from Western Illinois University. Her job responsibilities include assisting in day-to-day office operations, including phone call, mail, and fax distribution, supply management and data management.

Anne joined American Central Insurance over 20 years ago. She is responsible for servicing commercial property and casualty clients as well a personal lines clients. The staff at American Central Insurance and many of our clients have come to rely on Anne for her experience and expertise in the industry and her professionalism in the field.

Lesa has been with American Central Insurance for 9 years as a Customer Service Representative in the Charleston Branch. She is licensed in Life and Health Insurance and Medicare products.

Michelle Joined American Central Insurance in February 2008. Responsible for customer service and account management for group Life and Health clients as well as individual clients. Michelle is also a licensed producer in Life and Health Insurance.

Marisa joined American Central Insurance in May 2011. She earned Bachelor's degree from Western Illinois University. Marisa is in charge of the Property and Casualty new business marketing and placement. She is responsible for ensuring our clients obtain individualized service that meets their coverage needs with competitive rates.

Nick joined American Central Insurance in January of 2008. Nick is a licensed producer in property and casualty as well as life and health insurance. He currently specializes in personal lines such as home, auto, watercraft, motorcycle, and umbrella insurance in addition to servicing group Life and Health clients. Nick is actively involved in the community with the Young Springfield Professionals Network. He recently got married to his wife Jamie.

Grace joined American Central Insurance in 1997 and brought over 30 years of experience in the health insurance industry. Grace Ann is the assistant to Stan Travelstead. The experience that Grace was able to bring to the agency has been invaluable. Her expertise enables her to assist clients on a daily basis with claims and benefit administration so that each claim and question is handled with care and efficiency.
